Mr. Qi received his PhD degree from Peking University. Mr. Qi worked with the Housing Reform Office of Beijing Municipal Government for 10 years, conducting research into the reform of China’s housing reform system, engaging in real estate development and real estate appraisal. In 1993, he set up Beijing Kangzheng Real Estate Appraisal Office, one of the trail blazers in China’s real estate appraisal industry. In November 2000 Mr. Qi was appointed Board Chairman of Beijing K & G Consultants Ltd. Mr. Qi is Director of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers as well as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Association of Real Estate Appraisers and Land Property Valuers of Beijing. In 2003 Mr. Qi was awarded “China’s Excellent Real Estate Appraiser” by China’s Ministry of Construction. In 2004 Mr. Qi was granted the membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Mr. Qi is part-time professor of Peking University and senior economist.
