Beijing K & G Consultants Ltd, formerly known as Beijing Kangzheng Real Estate Appraisal Office, was established in December 1993. It was affiliated to the Housing Reform Office of Beijing Municipal Government and it was among the first batch of real estate appraisal agencies set up to facilitate the development of China’s real estate appraisal system.

In November 2000 Beijing Kangzheng Real Estate Appraisal Office was restructured into Beijing K & G Consultants Ltd. The new company is specialized in real estate valuation, feasibility study for investment project, acting as transaction agent, loan services and property right registration. After more than ten years’ development, the company has become the leader in China’s real estate appraisal industry.
