The company is the only mortgage loan appraisal agency appointed by Beijing Housing Fund Management Center and Beijing Housing Loan Guarantee Center. It is appointed by Commercial and Industrial Bank of China Beijing Branch to conduct investment project appraisal, mortgage loan appraisal and individual real estate mortgage loan appraisal. It is also appointed by Bank of Communications, Huaxia Bank and Pudong Development Bank to conduct individual real estate mortgage loan appraisal.
